- In the Shinmei-sha Shrine Festival, two floats, the Shinmeiguruma of Hirai-gumi and Asahiguruma of Oku-gumi, are pulled around. Although there are only a few households in the Yanabe-Shiden District, they own two floats, and the residents are extremely enthusiastic about holding the festival. A float that was discontinued until 1976 was revived again. Floats decorated with lanterns start the parade in the early evening. On the day of the Main Festival (Sunday), the floats go from Shinmei-sha Shrine to Akiba-sha Shrine, and onto Tsushima-sha Shrine, and a shrine maiden dance, Sanbaso dance, and Kagura music are dedicated. Both of the floats were built during the Taisho era and they were carved by Niimi Tsunejiro.
