- The Okada Spring Festival is a lively festival where three floats: the Higuruma, Ameguruma, and Kazeguruma come together and the audience can enjoy watching a dance performed by wooden marionettes. In addition, there is the Nejimawashi rotation of floats, in which they change direction amid great vigor and excitement. The three floats are designated as Chita City's cultural property.
